Q: What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
A: The minimum order quantity is 1 piece.
Q: Do you offer bulk purchase discounts?
A: Yes, we do. Please feel free to enquire for more information.
Q: How to purchase?
A: Follow these steps:
- Select your product.
- Enter personalisation details or upload your own design.
- Add the product to your cart.
- Checkout.
- Your products will be delivered within 7 – 10 working days.
Q: What is the maximum number of characters I can use for personalisation?
A: You can use up to 10 – 12 characters.
Q: What should I do if I forget to add personalisation details?
A: If you realise that you forgot to add personalisation details after placing your order, please contact us at hello@namefoundry.com.sg immediately. We can make changes to your order if it hasn’t already been processed.
Production & Delivery
Q: What is the lead time for printing?A: After confirming personalisation details, the total lead time is 7 – 10 working days:
- Printing Time: 4 – 5 working days
- Delivery Time: 3 – 5 working days
Q: What are the charges for express printing and delivery?
A: Express printing and delivery start from $80, depending on the quantity ordered. You can receive your order within 3 working days.
Q: What are the delivery charges within Singapore?
A: Orders below $35: $7 delivery fee
Orders of $35 and above: Free delivery
Additional $20 for delivery to Sentosa, Tuas, and Jurong Island.
Q: What will happen if there is no one to collect the parcel? (Applicable to Singapore deliveries only)
A: Please indicate in the "Comments" section if you need us to call before delivery or deliver on a specific date. Our deliveries occur during office hours, Monday to Friday. If no one is home to collect the parcel, we will attempt to find a safe place like your electrical cupboard or shoe rack.
If that’s not possible, the parcel will be returned to us for re-delivery. Re-delivery will incur an additional charge of $10 per carton.
Q: Can I collect my order in person?
A: Yes, self-collection is available for orders of $35 and above. you can self-collect at:
- Location: 35 Tannery Road, Ruby Industrial Complex, #04-10, Singapore 347740
- Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes, we ship internationally. Please contact us via email at hello@namefoundry.com.sg for overseas shipment.

Q: What is your return and exchange policy?
A: Due to the personalised nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective or there was an error in the personalisation. Please contact us if you have any issues with your order. Returns and exchanges are subject to approval.
Q: Do you have a physical store?
A: We are an online-only store and do not have a physical location or accept walk-ins.
